Project cleanup

Post-Construction Cleaning in Northern California

Rough, final and touch-up cleaning for new builds, remodels and commercial projects, coordinated with your construction schedule.

Three phases, a clearly defined scope.

Rough cleaning

Plan an initial cleaning pass around the condition of the site and the remaining trades. We confirm which dust, debris and surfaces are included before work begins.

Final cleaning

Prepare completed spaces for walkthroughs and turnover with detailed cleaning of agreed surfaces, interior glass, fixtures and floors.

Touch-up cleaning

Arrange a final pass after remaining trade work or punch-list activity. Each pass is priced and scheduled according to the work required.

Experience on government and military projects.

Our project experience includes cleaning a 216,000-square-foot Army Corps of Engineers facility three times, housing work at Beale Air Force Base and hangar cleaning at Travis Air Force Base. We bring that experience to planning crews, access and project-specific cleaning needs.

Bonded company. Individually bonded employees.

Shelton's Janitorial is licensed, bonded, and insured. In addition to the company's bond, each employee carries their own individual bond.

The company is insured up to $2 million. We review site conditions, access and equipment needs before committing to a scope and schedule.

A proposal based on your actual project.

Send your location, square footage, project plans or scope, required cleaning phases and completion deadline. A walkthrough helps us confirm conditions and prepare a clear bid, including any special access or equipment requirements.
